It's been a while since I had the time to knit. Not that I really have the time now, lol. The last thing I made was a baby sweater.
But, since my birthday was Saturday, I am starting a new project for myself!

That's a nice sweater. What color will yours be?
I'm currently working on using up as much of my "leftover" yarn as I can into an afghan. But instead of granny squares, I'm doing granny hexagons. Small ones. It's going to take me awhile because I don't actually have enough yarn currently to make a good-sized blanket, so it'll be something I work on then put away then come back to when I have more yarn stored up.
Otherwise, I'm looking for a really pretty blanket pattern for all of this white yarn I have. Any ideas?

I like the blanket I made for Megan - it was the Lion Brand ball of love but you could use anything. I ended up with so much extra yarn and spent most of my time getting out the knots so I would use two seperate balls instead of pulling from the outside and inside for the double strand. Love the sweater Sarah!
Wes just walked up with a knitting needle - have to run before he pokes an eye out:)
