I am so tired today. We've been keeping pretty busy since Jacob left for Fort Polk. Now that I think about it, we've had something going on everyday. I try to only schedule one activity/outing per day, but little things just keep creeping in. So I think we are in need of a day at home. You know... to nap.
Unfortunately, my nap schedule has not coincided with Lil's today.
At one point this afternoon, when I just couldn't keep my eyes open, I took Lil to my bed with me. I gave her a flashlight (that I had turned on) and pulled the covers up over our heads.
She played with that flashlight for a good fifteen minutes, splaying her fingers over the light and watching the shadows on the blanket above her. Sweet girl. And I got a few minutes of sleep. :)
