Kure Beach

We took Lil to the beach today, it was her first time.

It was my first time to the Atlantic.

She wasn't overly fond of the noisy crashing water. She was however big into digging in the sand!

And playing with her daddy.

And then digging some more.

They even found this pretty shell. :)

And a couple of neat rocks Lil was very interested in trying to eat.

And get this, on the drive home we saw this:

and had to turn around and drive past it again so we could take a picture! It's so random.

Seriously? Wilmington, North Carolina to Barstow, California? Seriously?
